Walk as Children of the Light

It had to have been the work of providence thatled me to participate in Sunday Eucharist at St.John Vianney Parish in Orlando on the day I hadpromised myself I would write this article. At theMass was a family who brought their infant son forbaptism. The pastor,Father Paul Henry,and theassociate pastor,Father Miguel González,havetaken great pains to make the liturgy preeminent inthe parish. It’s manifested in the way they pray theprayers,in their gestures,in their reverent use ofsymbols. As we all turned to face the entrance ofthe church for the reception of the child,I was ableto see the great number of people in this multi-cultural community present to witness this baptism.
