    How can I cancel my order?

    Because orders are processed immediately, they are difficult to cancel. Please call us immediately at 1-800-548-8749 if you need to cancel an order. You may also return any unneeded items.

    OCP accepts all major credit cards and ships worldwide. You may place an order by the following methods:

    How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Delivery times will vary. Please allow up to two days for orders to be shipped before pick up by UPS.

    How long does it take to process my order?

    Normally, 24 hours. If you place an order on the weekend or a holiday your order will be processed the next business day.

    How secure is your website?

    Using your credit card on our shopping cart is secure. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL. The security of our site is verified by VeriSign.

    How should I login if I already have an OCP account?

    OCP account holders should login through OCP Login. More information on OCP Login.

    I am having trouble viewing the Vietnamese text on your site. What can I do to fix this?

    Macs don't support the same character sets as PCs, and the Vietnamese pages are formatted for the PC.

    If you want to render the characters properly you will need to do one of three things:

    1. Download and install fonts
    2. Look at the pages from a PC
    3. Boot in OS X and browse with Safari

    Some of the Spanish Scripture verses in your missal don't match our Lectionary. Why?

    The U.S. Bishops have approved a new Spanish-language Lectionary for use in the U.S. composed of readings (first, second and Gospel) from the Mexican (from Mexico) Lectionary and responsorial psalms and Gospel acclamation verses from the Spanish (from Spain) Lectionary.

    As of yet, this Lectionary has not been published, but the Bishops’ Committee on the Liturgy (BCL) has asked all the publishers to begin using the readings from the Mexican Lectionary in their publications. They have, however, already published the Ritual de Exequias Cristianas (Order of Christian Funerals), which includes the readings taken from the Mexican Lectionary.

    We will retain the use of the Spanish responsorial psalms and Gospel acclamation verses, which are currently found in all our publications.

    What do I do if I received defective merchandise?

    Call OCP Customer Service at 1-800-548-8749 or email us at liturgy@ocp.org and we will replace the defective product.

    For our records, we may ask that you return copies of any defective products to OCP. In those cases we will send pick up labels.

    What do I do if I received merchandise sent in error?

    Call OCP Customer Service at 1-800-548-8749 or email us at liturgy@ocp.org. We will replace the product and send Return labels for UPS pick up.

    What do I do if I received merchandise that was damaged during shipping?

    If delivered by UPS, keep the damaged merchandise with the packaging and call UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Otherwise, call OCP Customer Service at 1-800-548-8749 or email us at liturgy@ocp.org and we will replace any damaged product.

    What if I am not satisfied with my order?

    You may return any unused items for a full refund within 30 days.

    Why can't I find a Scripture index in any of the missals?

    The Scripture index is found in the Master Index. Due to space restrictions, it is not possible to add the Scripture index to our missals.
