Because orders are processed immediately, they are difficult to cancel. Please call us immediately at 1-800-548-8749 if you need to cancel an order. You may also return any unneeded items.
If delivered by UPS, keep the damaged merchandise with the packaging and call UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Otherwise, call OCP Customer Service at 1-800-548-8749 or email us at liturgy@ocp.org and we will replace any damaged product.
