Each box of missals is treated individually by UPS. Because of this, the boxes may not all arrive in one delivery. However, even if the boxes are separated, they should still arrive within 3-5 business days of the first delivery.
To view UPS shipment tracking information, login to your account, select Order History on the left side of the page, and click "Tracking Information" on any of the listed orders to see when the remainder of your shipment will arrive.
Missals are normally shipped via UPS Ground, which requires 2-3 weeks for delivery.
If your items weigh less than 2 pounds, we usually ship the order USPS First Class.
If your order is 2 pounds or more, we ship via UPS.
Yes, you can request either Next Day, Second Day or Third Day UPS shipping.
Remember, there is no weekend delivery and orders cannot be sent to a PO Box.
If your items weigh less than 2 pounds, we usually ship your order via USPS Airmail.
If your order is 2 pounds or more, we ship via Consolidated UPS.
This is an extra service provided by OCP and Canada that allows UPS to fulfill the Customs, Brokerage, and Shipping Services.
This means that UPS can deliver your order right to your door and the fees are combined into one charge on your bill. The GST tax is listed separately.
We are able to deliver to almost every country in the world. Special circumstances and extra fees often apply but are too numerous to list.
When you order from OCP, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all relative laws and regulations.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Delivery times vary, please use this chart (enter 97213 in the "shipped from this zipcode" field) to determine approximate delivery times (this chart is for UPS; delivery times for other shipping options may differ).
Please allow up to two business days for orders to be processed before pick up by UPS.
We offer tracking information for all UPS shipments. Simply login to your account, select Order History on the left side of the page, and click "Tracking Information" to view order details and track each package.
Unfortunately, shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We process orders immediately and once an order begins its fulfillment process we're unable to modify it.

Shipping costs for missal subscriptions are not available online. Those costs will appear in the confirmation email you receive from customer service shortly after submitting your request.
