Most of the time. Military accounts cannot be modified online, and certain customers with complex subscription requests will not be able to modify their subscriptions online. If you do do modify a current subssription or add a new one, please allow 1-3 business days for the change to appear on your account. If you have difficulty managing your subscription online, please call customer service at 800-548-8749.
Yes, you can access all your missal, magazine and Choral Review Service subscriptions through My OCP.ORG, linked from the top of every page. Once you login using OCP Web Key, click Manage Subsriptions on the My OCP.ORG landing page and follow the simple instructions/prompts.
Shipping costs for missal subscriptions are not available online. Those costs will appear in the confirmation email you receive from customer serivice shortly after submitting your request.
If you change from one missal to another or change your subsription quantities mid-year, your pro-rated subscription cost will not be reflected online. Customer service will send you the updated, prorated cost in a confirmation email.
