Can I purchase multiple items from a catalog through your website?
Yes. Go to our Quick Entry page and enter the item numbers and source codes for each product (e.g., 20468GC) in the appropriate fields, along with quantities, then click "Add to Cart." It's a fast and easy way to order from one of our catalogs.

Can I use an OCP Gift Certificate to purchase on your site?
We do not support shopping with Gift Certificates online. However you can use an OCP Gift Card to make purchases online. Simply enter your Gift Card number in the appropriate field on the Payment page during the checkout process. (You can also purchase Gift Cards online.) If you have a Gift Certificate that you'd like to use, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-LITURGY, or email liturgy@ocp.org.

Do I need an OCP account to make a purchase online?
Yes, all website orders must be attached to an OCP customer account. You can start a new account or update an exisiting one through OCP Login.

How can I view what’s in my cart?
You can access your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link on the top of each page.

How do I access a song PDF that I purchased online?
Once you have purchased a song PDF (downloadable edition), log in to your ocp.org dashboard and click on your Download Library to access the new PDF. The Library lists all PDFs purchased since June 2007. The link to download the PDF is time-sensitive (that is, the link will deactivate eventually). Please download the file within a few days of purchase. We will also priovide a link to a license that gives you permission to photocopy the music.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Once you find the product that you are interested in, click the "Add to cart" button. You can always remove the item from your cart later.

How do I change the quantity of items in my cart?
Once you have accessed your shopping cart, you can update quantities by changing the number in the quantity field and clicking the "Update Quantities" button.

How do I checkout?
Click the "Check out" button at the bottom of your cart.

How do I know whether a product is discounted as part of your web specials?
You can visit our Web Specials page, which is linked from the top of every page. Any product that is discounted on our website will have the sale price listed in the shopping cart, whether the item appears in the Web Specials section or not. So be assured that you will always receive the best available price.

How do I locate items to purchase?
There are several ways to find products on ocp.org. If you know specifically what you want, you can enter the product title in the search at the top of every page. You can also browse by product title, or browse product subcategories, such as missals, books, or CDs & Collections, using the left-side navigation under Products.

How do I remove an item from my cart?
Once you have accessed your shopping cart, you can remove an item by clicking the “Remove” button.

I'm purchasing a gift. Do you gift wrap or provide a comment card?
No, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping for web orders or the ability to add a special comment card to the shipment.

If I am buying for a church account, can I use a Purchase Order?
Yes, if you have an organizational account (church, military, school, or other organization) with OCP, you can use a Purchase Order to shop online. You will be asked to enter the Purchase Order number on the Payment/Billing page during checkout.

What is your return policy?
If you would like to return a product, you may do so. Securely pack the item(s) and enclose the packing slip, noting the reason for the return. You may then send the return to one of the following addresses:
