Can I change a shipping address once I've placed an order?

Unfortunately, shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We process orders immediately and once an order begins its fulfillment process we're unable to modify it.

Can I view the shipping costs for my missal subscription online?

Shipping costs for missal subscriptions are not available online. Those costs will appear in the confirmation email you receive from customer serivice shortly after submitting your request.

Do you offer Next Day and Second Day delivery?

Yes, you can request either Next Day or Second Day UPS shipping.

Remember, there is no weekend delivery and orders cannot be sent to a PO Box.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary, please use this chart (enter 97213 in the "shipped from this zipcode" field) to determine approximate delivery times (this chart is for UPS; delivery times for other shipping options may differ).

Please allow up to two days for orders to be processed before pick up by UPS.

How long will it take for our missal order to be delivered?

Missals are normally shipped via second class, non-profit bulk mail, which requires 3-4 weeks for delivery. UPS is available upon request, but the cost is approximately twice the postal rate.

How much is charged for shipping and handling?

The shipping and handling charge depends on the destination, shipping weight and the shipping method.

How will my order be shipped if I live within the continental U.S.?

If your items weigh less then 5 pounds, we usually ship the order USPS First Class.

If your order is 5 pounds or more, we ship via UPS.

How will you ship my order if I live in Canada?

If your items weigh less the 5 pounds, we usually ship your order via USPS Airmail.

If your order is 5 pounds or more, we ship via Consolidated UPS.

We only received one box of missals. Where is the rest of the order?

Each box of missals is treated individually by the Post Office. Because of this, the boxes may not all arrive in one delivery. However, even if the boxes are separated, they should still arrive within 10 business days of the first delivery.

What if I live outside of the U.S. or Canada?

We are able to deliver to almost every country in the world. Special circumstances and extra fees often apply but are too numerous to list.

When you order from OCP, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all relative laws and regulations.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What is Consolidated UPS?

This is an extra service provided by OCP and Canada that allows UPS to fulfill the Customs, Brokerage, and Shipping Services.

This means that UPS can deliver your order right to your door and the fees are combined into one charge on your bill. The GST tax is listed separately.
