  • How do I create an OCP account?

First, you need to set up an OCP online login profile. Then, from your OCP online login user profile page, click the Add Account button under OCP Account Associations. A series of prompts will walk you through the process of creating an OCP customer account.

How do I create an OCP online login profile?

To start, simply enter your email address in the OCP online login field (under the left-side navigation on every page) and hit return, or go to the OCP online login login page. If you have used one of our sites in the past, please use the same login (email address, password). If our system does not recognize your email address, a series of prompts will lead you through the process of setting up a new profile. You can set up a profile with just an email address and password -- no other information is required, though you can choose to add a name and OCP accounts to your profile at any time.

How do I get to the OCP online login user profile page?

After successfully logging in to OCP online login, you will be redirected to the ocp.org home page. To go to the OCP online login user profile page, click on the OCP online login icon with your name under the left-side navigation on every page. Or click My OCP.ORG (once logged in to OCP online login), linked from the top of every page, and then click OCP online login.

I forgot my OCP online login password. What should I do?

Click the Forgot your password? link on the OCP online login login page and an email will be sent to you with a temporary password. Use this to login again. Once logged in, you can change your password on the user profile page by clicking the Change button to the right of Password.

I purchased a downloadable version of a song (PDF). Where is it?

After purchasing a downloadable version of a song (PDF), you will receive an order confirmation via email. You can then access the PDF of the song through your OCP online login dashboard (the MY OCP.ORG landing page) in the "Downloads" tab.

The dashboard is your "home" page once you are logged in through OCP online login. (You can also reach your dashboard, after logging in, by clicking on the OCP logo in the upper left corner of every page, or MY OCP.ORG in the upper right corner.)

If I create a user profile, will you share my personal information with others?

No, your personal information is considered private and will never be shared with other parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

    What is OCP online login?

OCP online login is a new online system that allows you to use a single email address and password to access all five OCP and LicenSingOnline websites: ocp.org, spiritandsong.com, LicenSingOnline.org, Liturgy.com and PrintandPraise.com. These websites work together, providing users with complementary ministry support tools. OCP online login makes it easy for users to move from one website to another, to use multiple websites simultaneously, and to manage multiple online subscriptions.

What is the difference between an OCP account and OCP online login?

Your OCP account includes an account number, a mailing address and other parts of a customer profile that are necessary for purchasing, billing and shipping. Based on a single email address and password, OCP online login facilitate your use of the five OCP and LicenSingOnline.org websites. It is not an OCP account, but allows you to manage your accounts easier and integrate services between websites. You can also attach an OCP account (or several accounts) to your OCP online login profile.

Why do you encourage people to login to your site?

When you set up a customer account and login, we can provide a more personalized experience of the website.
