Innocence

For his fourth album, Chris didn't pull any punches. He recorded it in Nashville — the music industry's holy land — and gathered an all-star squad of fabulous musicians, guys who play with Amy Grant, D.C. Talk and other contemporary Christian giants.

Produced by Jeff Thomas of Soapbox Records, the album takes advantage of the latest recording technologies to produce a colorful, professional, hard-hitting pop-rock sound, a fitting context for Chris' rich vocals and devout lyrics.

Reflecting on his personal journey as a husband and father, and on the most precious truths of the Catholic faith — the Eucharist, Mary, the Communion of Saints — Chris wrote these 11 original songs to reach both the faithful and those who have wandered from the fold. He knows that some of the teachings of the Church are not easily understood or believed. Innocence speaks of the peace that comes to those who accept and believe with the innocent faith of a child.
