This classic collection includes a complete Mass setting and service music for use in Spanish liturgies throughout the year. Lively and colorful, the songs feature a variety of Caribbean styles and rhythms, including bolero, criolla, punto cubano, danza cubano, zapateo and balada.

The "Cuban Mass" includes a Kyrie, Gloria, Gospel acclamation, Holy, Lamb of God, and a setting for the eucharistic prayer. Produced in collaboration by various composers from the Archdiocese of Miami, including Juan J. Sosa, Alfredo Aníbal Morales and Roger Hernández, the collection also provides two songs for Marian celebrations.

One is a song in honor of La Virgen de la Caridad de Cobre ("Our Lady of Charity"), who has been venerated as the patroness of Cuba since her appearance there in 1613.
