Conditions
Merchandise Damaged in Transit
OCP is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Keep the merchandise with the box and packaging and notify the shipper of the problem.
Deffective Merchandise
For immediate replacement of defective materials or product shipped in error, please contact OCP Customer Service at 1-800-548-8749.
For our records, we may ask that you return copies of any defective products to OCP. In those cases we will send pick up labels.
What do I do if I received merchandise sent in error?
Call OCP Customer Service at 1-800-548-8749 or email us at liturgy@ocp.org. We will replace the product and send Return labels for UPS pick up.
