In his apostolic letter on the rosary, Pope John Paul II specifically recommends the use of icons in praying the rosary. The CD-ROM component of A Contemplative Rosary features stunning, full-color icons for all 20 mysteries of the rosary.
Commissioned especially for this project, the icons were written by iconographer Charles Rohrbacher. The CD-ROM lets you project the icons onto a wall or screen, allowing small or large groups to clearly see and meditate on them throughout the prayer.

How to access your PDF files:
- Insert disc into disc drive. A window will open with an icon in the center
- Double click the icon. This opens the title page
- Click once on the title page icon to open the main menu
- To view the icons within a particular set of mysteries, click the name of the mystery and the main icon (large Annunciation icon with small icons around it) will appear
- To navigate to the first icon (and subsequent icons) in that set of mysteries, click once on the icon or push the right directional button on your keyboard
- To return to a previous icon, push the left directional button
- To return to the main menu, push the up directional button
- The final icon at the end of each set of mysteries is the main icon. Click once on the main icon or push the right directional button and the program will quit. To return to the main menu, use the up directional button
