Join us on an authentic experience of faith and exploration with OCP Pilgrimages. Finland, Estonia and Russia

April 26–May 7, 2020

Rev. John Henderson, pastor of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Tigard, will lead the 12-day pilgrimage.

Participants will visit Helsinki, Savonlinna, St. Petersburg and Moscow

Some highlights of the pilgrimage include:

  • Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, and Helsinki University in Helsinki, Finland;
  • Ferry ride across the Baltic Sea to visit St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the medieval center of Tallinn, Estonia;
  • Porvoo Cathedral in Porvoo, Finland;
  • Guided tour of Olavinlinna castle in Savonlinna, Finland, and lake cruise;
  • Tour of medieval town of Vyborg, Russia;
  • St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Nevsky Prospekt, the Winter Palace and Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia;
  • Catherine’s Palace, summer residence of the Tsars;
  • Red Square, St. Basil’s Cathedral, the Kremlin, GUM state department store and Zaryadye Park in Moscow; and
  • Daily Mass.

Tour includes roundtrip airfare from Portland, plus overnight stays in first-class hotels. Most meals are provided. Mass will be celebrated daily.

  • Israel: Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Mount of Beatitudes, Caesarea, Mount Carmel, Haifa, Cana, Capernaum, Golan, Jericho, Masada, and The Dead Sea.
  • Italy and Austria: Rome, Assisi, Florence, Venice and Verona in Italy; and Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna in Austria.
  • Italy: Venice, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento, the Isle of Capri, Naples, Palermo, Montreale, Agrigento, Siracusa and Taormina.
  • Italy: Rome, Assisi, Florence, Ravenna, and Como.
