Begun more than 30 years ago, the popular Hi God series keeps getting better. This third volume presents 15 delightful songs for children and young people in preschool through middle school.
Based on Scripture and reflecting sound theology, the songs on this collection feature refrains that are fun and easy for young people to sing. Arrangements include two- and three-part harmonies for children's choirs, as well as accessible instrument parts. Useful for musicians, the songbook offers guitar and keyboard accompaniments, solo instrument parts and selected harmonies.
This fun, upbeat music includes three special songs for reconciliation, music for first Eucharist and eucharistic celebration in general. Several of the pieces are "call and response" and "echo" songs, making them easy to learn and especially fun for children to sing.
