Mary Catherine Berglund

Mary Catherine Berglund is a talented author and educator who has been sparking the imaginations of children and the adults who lead them for over 25 years. She is the author of Gather the Children, a classic leader's guide for Liturgy of the Word with children.

She is presently the minister of children's liturgy at St. Bridget's Parish in Richmond, Virginia, where she directs the children's Liturgy of the Word program as well as the infant baptism, first reconciliation and first Eucharist programs in the parish. The mother of three grown children, she is a dedicated runner and loves to travel.
