Return Policy

OCP stands behind the quality of its merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your OCP experience, please contact us and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.

Returnable Items

The following merchandise may be returned:*

  • Defective merchandise
  • Merchandise sent in error
  • Unused merchandise in re-sellable condition

*Unfortunately, octavos (sheet music) are not returnable, as they are only produced when ordered.

Steps for Returning Merchandise

  1. Enclose a copy of the packing slip for all merchandise being returned to ensure proper credit to your account. If you do not have the packing slip or invoice, Customer Service can provide you with the Process Number for the order which is being returned.
  2. Pack returns carefully to ensure undamaged transport.
  3. Please do not enclose orders or payments with returns.


  • All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of your order.
  • Returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition (determined at OCP’s discretion).
  • Merchandise must be free from marks, stickers, labels and wear.
  • Seasonal/dated items are not returnable.
  • Credit will not be given for items lost during return.
  • Policy applies only to physical merchandise—online subscriptions, downloadable sheet music, eBooks and MP3s are excluded.
  • OCP will refund the original purchase price of each product returned.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit

Although primary responsibility for merchandise damaged in transit resides with the shipper, OCP will gladly work with you to fulfill your replacement product needs. Please be sure to keep the materials, packaging and the box(es) in which they were delivered.

Defective Merchandise

For immediate replacement of defective materials or product shipped in error, please contact OCP customer service at 1-800-LITURGY (548-8749).
