Louisiana native Kelly Pease has been praying through music since the age of 14. After spending her formative years writing and recording Christian music, both independently and with a major record label, she felt the Lord calling her to a new vocation: marriage and family. She is now writing about these adventures in an effort to offer the hope that is Christ to other young moms.
Kelly’s self-titled debut album showcases her songwriting talent, robust vocals and passionate faith. The disc includes seven tracks—one cover and six original songs by Kelly—varying in style from up-tempo rock to gentle ballads. Her songwriting reflects the ups and downs of walking with Christ, including the major themes of God's consistency in an inconsistent world and the call for unity in the church.
