The OCP family of composers and authors includes many of the best-known, most beloved liturgical composers, contemporary songwriters, authors and event presenters in the Church today. Hailing from all parts of the world, from England, Canada and Spain to Australia, Latin America and the U.S., they combine decades of pastoral ministry experience with incredible artistic gifts.

Ben Walther

Ben Walther is a singer, songwriter, worship leader, husband and a father. Sharing his message that “there is always hope for redemption,” Ben has been making music for more than 15 years. In addition to writing and recording music, Ben travels across the country to lead worship and share his gifts with God’s people.

Josh Blakesley

Josh’s music focuses on a true communion with the living God while stressing that blessings really do come to those who wait on the Lord. He does so through an innovative blend of pop and rock tracks that are truly inspired.

Ken Canedo

Ken Canedo

Ken Canedo composes liturgical music in the styles that have inspired him, from traditional chant and hymnody to gospel, jazz and rock. He has collaborated with fellow OCP composers Jesse Manibusan and Bob Hurd as a songwriter and event presenter. Proficient in piano, guitar and electric bass, Ken gives workshops around the country on liturgy and youth ministry, bringing youth and adults together in discovery and empowerment. He also facilitates confirmation retreats.

Elaine Rendler-McQueeney is an internationally recognized musician, teacher, author, composer, pastoral liturgist and speaker. She holds a doctor of musical arts degree in organ performance from The Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C. .
