Paule Freeburg, DC

Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul Sister Paule Freeburg has an extensive background in religious education for both children and adults. The religion consultant for the Diocese of San Jose, California, Sister Paule also works in development and public relations at a school for economically disadvantaged children and presents workshops on children and spirituality.

A long-time collaborator with composer Christopher Walker, Sister Paule has written song and prayer texts for many well-known collections of children's music, including Stories and Songs of Jesus, More Stories and Songs of Jesus and The Way of the Cross for Children. She also wrote the texts for Morning and Evening, their most recent collaboration.
