Renewing parish life through stewardship formation
Corresponsables de Dios forms Catholic communities in stewardship as a way of life. Through bilingual and bicultural formation, consultation, materials, and parish-wide renewal processes, CDD helps parishes and dioceses invite people to respond gratefully to God’s gifts and participate more fully in the mission of the Church.
The work
CDD’s work is rooted in the conviction that every person has received gifts from God and is called to discern how those gifts can be shared in love, justice, gratitude, and mission.
The method
CDD’s methodology is rooted in the USCCB pastoral letter on stewardship and the Church’s understanding of stewardship as a response to God’s gifts. The process emphasizes formation in time, talent, and treasure; prayerful discernment; personal and household commitment; parish-wide renewal; leadership training; and bilingual/bicultural pastoral practice.
