Jim is known for his long association with the NPM Cantor and Lector Schools as coordinator and master teacher. His knowledge and experience helped make OCP’s Cantor Basics, Revised Edition, an indispensable resource for those involved in music ministry.
A frequent collaborator with Melanie Coddington, with whom he developed the NPM Cantor Express, Jim brings the principles of interactive liturgy to life in his events. The former director for the Office of Worship in Marquette, Michigan, he holds a master’s degree in education and choral conducting from Northern Michigan University.
