Bio
Kathleen Basi is a musical composer, songwriter and nonfiction writer. A pastoral musician since the age of twelve, she creates music for Catholic worship. Her song “Come, All You Thirsty” won the Association of Catholic Publishers’ 2022 Song of the Year. She is the founder of intentional-catholic.com, a web-based ministry that connects the Catholic faith to practical situations in everyday life. Alongside her husband, she leads the Contemporary Group at Our Lady of Lourdes in Columbia, Missouri. She is a mother to three active boys and one chromosomally-gifted daughter. Her novel, A Song for the Road, debuted in May 2021.
