†Robert Kreutz (1996) studied composition at the American Conservatory in Chicago, the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Denver. He served as a parish choir director at St. Bernadette Church in Lakewood, Colorado for more than 30 years.
He was well known for his Eucharistic hymn, “Gift of Finest Wheat,” but he also wrote other hymns including “Bread of Love” and “Remember your Love.”
