Trade Return Policy

 

Trade Returns

OCP stands behind the quality of its merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your OCP experience, please contact us. We will make every effort to make it right.

Returnable Items

The following merchandise may be returned:

  • Defective merchandise
  • Merchandise sent in error
  • Unused merchandise in re-sellable condition

Steps for Returning Merchandise

  1. Contact your trade account specialist at 1-800-LITURGY (548-8749) to determine eligibility to receive credit on OCP returned merchandise.
  2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip for all merchandise being returned to ensure proper credit to your account. If you do not have the packing slip or invoice, your OCP trade account specialist can provide you with the Process Number for the order which is being returned.
  3. Pack returns carefully to ensure undamaged transport.
  4. Please do not enclose orders or payments with returns.

Conditions

  • Notify your OCP trade account specialist before making any merchandise return.
  • Returns for defective merchandise or OCP picking errors must be made within 45 days of receipt of your order.
  • All other merchandise must be held and displayed for at least 90 days. Return requests will only be approved after 90 days. If approved, your shipment must be received within 30 days of the OCP approval date. In the event that you hold inventory that is not selling as anticipated, we will consider return of saleable merchandise on a case by case basis for up to a maximum 12 months from invoice.
  • Return merchandise must be in re-sellable condition (determined at OCP’s discretion).
  • Merchandise must be free from marks, stickers, labels and wear.
  • Seasonal/dated items are not returnable.
  • If returned items cannot be credited, OCP will dispose of them or return uncredited items to sender at sender’s expense.
  • Credit will not be given for items lost during return. We recommend that you use a traceable return shipping method for your protection.
  • This policy applies only to physical merchandise—online subscriptions, downloadable sheet music, eBooks and MP3s are not returnable and are excluded.
  • A 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns.
  • OCP will refund the original product purchase price less our restocking fee.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit to OCP

OCP is not responsible for returned merchandise damaged in transit to us. OCP will provide you with photographs of the damage should you need to provide them to your carrier. You will need to notify and file a claim with your carrier to obtain reimbursement for any loss sustained by you while the merchandise was in transit.

Defective Merchandise

For immediate replacement of damaged materials or product shipped in error, please notify your trade account specialist at 1-800-LITURGY (548-8749).
